America's internal problems and struggles can be solved if communities will band together to overcome them. The Ranch Project is one attempt to inspire such action. The Exchange Program allows battered women from one city to trade positions with someone of like circumstances in another city. This provides immediate security and safety through the simple and expedient method of getting the abused into a different city from their abuser.
