America's internal problems and struggles can be solved if communities will band together to overcome them. The Ranch Project is one attempt to inspire such action. Lil's is a second hand store staffed and operated by Ranch Project participants. residents of tTask City receive vouchers in addition to thier pay checks. These vouchers can be spent at Second Hand Lil's as well as in other stores.
